Heather works on our mobile team placing mobile and embedded software/firmware developers.
Kinjal and HeatherKinjal was coming out of a large company looking to take on more responsibility in a new job. He felt that working at a startup would be a great fit for him since he wanted to have a larger impact on the product. Heather placed him at a stealth startup in Silicon Valley as an Android OS Architect. Kinjal is looking forwarding to joining the first core engineering team of the company.
Kinjal was very happy to have found his new job through Jobspring. He said that Heather and her team were very thorough setting him up on interviews and quickly providing him with feedback.
Congrats Kinjal! We're happy Heather was able to find you an exciting new job!
Today, Kathleen placed Maciej with an eCommerce company in New York City as a PHP Developer. It only took one week for Maciej to find his new job; now if only we could help him find his new apartment! Best of luck Maciej!
Brief Review from Maciej:
JPNY: How was your interview with our staff?
Maciej: They asked all the right questions to get me the best placement.
JPNY: How was our ability to deliver interviews?
Maciej: Jobspring provided me with a great source of interviews, almost on a daily basis.

At Jobspring Partners, we steer away from throwing candidates into every available position, but rather, take the time to get to know our candidates and find matches that will work best for everyone involved.
In May, Silicon Valley Lead Recruiter Viet Nguyen, placed candidate Ashkan (Alex) Shirazi in a Junior User Experience role!
Viet first met with Alex back in November of 2011. He had just graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne and was looking for a Junior User Experience role. Viet and his team showed Alex a few different opportunities back then but none of them really worked out. Alex ended up finding a company on his own that he began doing contract work for outside of California.
Fast forward to April of this year...Viet was hosting an event in our office that he called "UX Palooza". He had a few different clients come into the office to conduct first round interviews for User Experience roles. Looking through his network of User Experience Designers, Alex came to mind. Viet called Alex to get an update, and to his surprise he was back in California at the time visiting family. Alex was excited enough about UX Palooza to drive to Silicon Valley for the event. The interview with the client went really well and Alex joined their team a month later!
Alex even sat down with us after the placement and told us how we were different than other recruiters he had met with. Check it out!
Alex's story just goes to show that even if we can't place a candidate right away, it's always important to us to build a relationship with them because we never know what can come in a month, six months or a year. Congrats to Viet and Alex!
We had a great candidate named Josh come to our Jobspring Game Night last month and through working with us he also wrote us a really awesome review!
Notice the last sentence "Remember, when working with Jobspring, do not trade them any ore", he is hilariously referencing an intense game of Settlers of Catan which was played at our Game Night. We had a lot of fun and have enjoyed helping Josh find a new job!
Samantha Rosner, Lead Recruiter for the Open Source Development Team, just placed Bret with a New York City startup company.
Yesterday morning, Samantha's client called her in a panic because they needed a Front End Engineer to start IMMEDIATELY. Within four hours, Samantha had created a match made in heaven; the company loved Bret, and Bret loved the company.
