A company who employs licensed nurses, social workers, and counselors in order to oversee and manage caregivers is looking to add on a Help Desk Technician to their team in Beverly Hills for a contract to hire position.
You would primarily be in charge of assisting end users to resolve incidents and fulfill requests remotely, and escalate issues as needed. The Help Desk Analyst would also be responsible for logging all issues and service requests within the Service Management system. Required Skills & Experience
- Microsoft technical certification in desktop administration or similar
- Active Directory
- Knowledge of ITIL v3
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
