Required Skills & Experience
· 2-4 years experience with Windows Severs
· Understand Active Directory
· Networking experience with routers and switches
· Vendor Management
· Vertualization tools like VMWware or Hyper-V
· Possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Desired Skills & Experience
· Remote access technologies (VPN, Terminal services, etc.)
· Great communication to help resolve customer problems
· Techincal degree or Certification
· Desire to learn
