A leading terminal and shipping company located near the Long Beach area is looking to bring on a Tier 2 Software Support Analyst to help support their internal proprietary software. This is an opportunity to work for an up and coming company, where growth potential is unlimited.
You would primarily be in charge of supporting the company’s internal proprietary software that is used for tracking and shipping purposes on-site. You would support both Windows/Mac environments, and they are running Windows 7 on their desktop. The day-to-day responsibilities include talking to clients, resolving coding issues, logging issues, and troubleshooting within a Windows environment.
