Senior Support Engineer
Our client is a college located in the Boston area and are looking for a Senior Help Desk Engineer. This is a full-time position paying $75k.
We work with the most modern technology on the market! The ideal candidate will be more customer service oriented and have done Help Desk for at least 4 years. Candidates with any Windows and MAC server experience are highly desired.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience with Help Desk/Desktop Support
- Experience using Active Directory
- Experience using both Windows and MAC servers
- Experience with service desk support
