Customer Support Consultant

This company, a software as a service organization, whose enterprise platform is used by some of the biggest companies in the world is hiring for a Customer Support Consultant. You will help support this robust application that revolutionizing the way that accounting, engineering, professional services, and design firms operate.

My client is looking for someone to join an already impressive customer service team to help enhance their existing level of service. This is an opportunity to grow into a member of the development team or the QA team if you’d like! Are you passionate about tech? Do you enjoy solving problems? This is for you!

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (software experience a plus)
  • Ability to reproduce and troubleshoot software and data issues reported by customers
  • Use core knowledge and on-the-job training to respond to customer requests and queries
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Demonstrate ability to deal with change and be a team player
