IT Support Specialist
A renowned nonprofit in the DC area is looking for a IT Support Specialist to join their growing IT department for a full time position. This person would be responsible for providing support, upgrades, and maintenance for Windows, Apple laptops and Amazon Workspaces. In addition, this individual will be providing internal customer support for Google G Suite and Office 365. Therefore, an ideal candidate is someone who has experience with Mac, Windows, AD, Exchange and great communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Apple macOS experience
- Windows desktop support experience
- Active Directory (add/delete)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Service Now experience (plus)
- Apple Certified Mac Technician (AMST)
What You Will Be Doing
- 50% Mac
- 50% Windows
- 75% User Support
- 25% Systems Administration
- Competitive Salary: Up to $70000/year
