Junior Service Desk Agent
Are you looking to get into the IT industry? Right now, one of our client’s is looking to bring on a Junior Service Desk Agent to provide over-the-phone IT tech support. You will troubleshoot for both hardware and software, reset passwords, correctly document service incidents and requests, and assign tickets to correct support groups. They are looking for someone with experience in a Windows environment, with excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-12 months’ of experience in technical support
- MS Office
- MS Exchange
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
Desired Skills & Experience
- Associates Degree in Information Systems or similar field.
