ASP.Net Web Developer / Angular 2+ / TypeScript / REST / C#
A major manufacturer and supplier of the world’s largest consumer product brands is currently looking for an ASP.Net Web Developer to add to their team! You will be working on a number of different projects ranging from public-facing websites to internal tools used by the organization. This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial term of 3-6 months.
All of their technology is built on ASP.Net, with newer projects are in modern component-based angular, so you will have the opportunity to touch some of the latest javascript frameworks! Any prior experience with high-availability public facing websites or eCommerce experience is a huge plus. They have a small, yet flexible team with a wide variety of projects rolling through, but there is still the need to maintain some existing systems as well where knowledge of some legacy frameworks like WebForms is helpful on these apps that haven't yet been slated for an upgrade. Great communication and a passion for learning will put you at the front of the pack!

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in web development
- Solid understanding of .Net development
- C# programming skills
- MVC5+ and knowledge of WebForms
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Angular 2+ with TypeScript
- Experience with RESTful services
- Basic SQL development
- Entity Framework 6
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Passionate and driven
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or other engineering discipline
- ASP.Net Core and Entity Framework Core
- Azure cloud experience
- Unit testing, debugging, and maintenance
- Advanced understanding of SQL development
- SSIS and SSRS
- Experience in an E-Commerce or other high-traffic, public-facing web development
- Working experience with a CMS is highly preferred, namely Sitefinity
