IT Support Engineer
A large retail company is seeking a Helpdesk support engineer for their downtown San Francisco office. This person will be responsible for assisting internal endusers troubleshoot both their hardware and software issues. This person will need to have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mac OS and Windows Experience
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira
- Experience with O365
- Experience with Gsuite

What You Will Be Doing
- 80% Mac
- 20% Windows
- 100% Hands On
- Competitive Pay: Up to $25/hour, DOE
- Contract Duration: 6 – 12 Months with conversion
