Senior IT Support Engineer
An energy company located in Phoenix is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their IT department. As a Senior IT Support Engineer this person will do Tier 2+ tickers as well as help identify areas of automation to get things to run better. This Senior IT Support Engineer should have strong trouble-shooting skills coupled with excellent customer services skills. The ideal IT candidate will have come from an environment running both Windows and Mac.
