Service Desk Technician

One of our hospitality clients is searching for a Tier II Service Desk Technician to provide support on a large enterprise Windows 10 deployment.  The Service Desk Technician will complete software installations, and provide troubleshooting resolution on hardware which includes laptops, desktops, printers, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Windows 10 experience
  • SCCM knowledge
  • Upgrades and Installations
  • Data migrations
  • Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Collaborative tram-player skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 100% Service Desk Support

Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance with the Windows 10 rollout

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $24.00/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 3 – -6 Months
